You must meet specific state and program requirements to attend Tennessee Connections Academy Johnson. 学生资格要求由田纳西州法律确定. 入学前, review the following eligibility requirements carefully to determine whether your student(s) is eligible to participate in Tennessee Connections Academy Johnson for grades 4-12*. 一旦您的注册被确认, 请立即将您的学生从以前的公立学校退学. 学生不能同时在两所公立学校就读.

All Tennessee Connections Academy Johnson students must provide evidence of their immunizations on the Tennessee Certificate of Immunization.

A student may be exempt from immunizations for the following reasons: medical exemption or religious beliefs.
